Applicable law

Any Dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration pursuant to the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (the “SIAC” and such rules, the “SIAC Rules”) for the time being in force. The SIAC Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference, save where inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator to be appointed by TCA. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore and the arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.
