Jeffrey joined Tower Capital Asia in 2021. He has over 23 years of investment, management and legal experience at Temasek. During his time at Temasek, he held senior roles leading teams focusing on financial services investments globally, across sectors in Japan, Korea and South-east Asian markets; as well as in mergers & acquisitions, legal & regulatory and organisational planning functions.
Jeffrey graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree and holds a Master of Laws (Banking and International Finance) degree from King’s College London. He has also attended the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School.

John has over 25 years of private equity investment experience. He started his career as a graduate trainee with Coats Viyella, a global textile manufacturer. In 1996, he joined 3i initially in the UK, and then moved to Singapore in 2000 where he was responsible for the group’s Southeast Asia private equity business. During this time, he has led both minority and control deals in a range of industries from across Asia, including China, India and Southeast Asia.
John holds a Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Sports Science from Glasgow University.

Xuan Yong has over 15 years of private equity and credit investment experience. Before joining Tower Capital Asia in 2018, he was Investment Director at ICG, where he led deals across Asia Pacific. Prior to this, he was with 3i and global hedge funds based in Hong Kong, New York and Singapore. Xuan Yong began his career at Merrill Lynch in investment banking.
Xuan Yong has a Bachelor of Arts (Distinction) from Cornell University with a triple major in Computer Science, Economics and Independent Major (College Scholar Program). He also holds CFA and FRM charters. Besides being on the boards of portfolio companies, he sits on the Professional Development committee of the Singapore Venture & Private Equity Association (SVCA).

Xuan Yong has over 15 years of private equity and credit investment experience. Before joining Tower Capital Asia in 2018, he was Investment Director at ICG, where he led deals across Asia Pacific. Prior to that, Ling Ling spent nearly 16 years with Singapore’s National Council of Social Service, where she last held the position of Assistant CEO. She has also been a Member of Parliament of Singapore since July 2020.
Ling Ling has a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University and a Master of Public Administration from Australia National University.

Bob joined Tower Capital Asia in 2020. Prior to joining, Bob spent 5 years with Partners Group as a core member of the private equity team focused on Southeast Asia where he was involved in a number of education, healthcare and consumer related opportunities. Bob started his career with Value Partners Management Consulting, where he worked on projects in the telecommunications and education sectors.
Bob holds a Bachelor in Business Management from the Singapore Management University.
Bob joined Tower Capital Asia in 2020. Seth joined Tower Capital Asia in 2020. He was previously an Investment Manager at ADM Capital, a private credit lender based in Hong Kong. Prior to this, Seth was a Research Analyst at Brightline Capital based in Greenwich, Connecticut. Seth started his career with Goldman Sachs in New York.
Seth received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the New York University, where he graduated magna cum laude.

Prior to entering the finance industry, Paula spent 10 years as a flight attendant, and was last a Senior Cabin Attendant with Japan Airlines.

Jeh Wuan has more than 30 years of investment banking experience with DBS Bank. His last position held was Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets Singapore, responsible for DBS Bank’s equity capital markets business in Singapore.
Jeh Wuan has served on various financial sector workgroups and committees in Singapore, including the ABS Corporate Finance Standing Committee, various working groups of the Institute of Banking & Finance (IBF), and the SGX Securities Advisory Committee.
